The challenge
Reporting and case-management applications need to make operational records useful to different users. That requires dependable import and query behavior, understandable status and transfer workflows, and interfaces that support reporting and follow-up.
The engineering approach
- Implement and refine data imports, report queries, dynamic reporting behavior, and print/export functionality.
- Contribute activity logging, filtering, standard-comment interfaces, and case-status and transfer behavior.
- Work across Laravel APIs and Nuxt/Vue interfaces, connecting backend records with operational workflows.
- Support internal ticket communication and related application maintenance.
