Connect AI capabilities to real business processes without treating a model response as the whole system. My focus is the surrounding workflow: trusted event intake, scheduled work, provider integrations, explicit state, and a clear handoff when automation needs human judgment.

Build the connection between a payment request and the business record that must eventually agree with it. I work across local payment channels, callback processing, and accounting integrations, with particular attention to transaction identity, failure handling, and reconciliation.

Carry product behavior across the interface, API, and data model. For multi-tenant products, that means treating ownership and authorization as architectural decisions, not UI filters, while keeping the experience coherent for the people using the software.
